To get started, first go to ruum.work and create an account for your business.
You will soon receive an email with a link to confirm your email address. Don’t forget to check your spam folder! After confirming your address, you can join RuuM.
Click on the List a workspace button on the upper right corner of the webpage and get started with adding information about your business. Please add all the listing information in English.
Select the category based on the location of your business. If your location is not listed yet, please select the option “other”.

First, add a “Listing title”. Ex: Name of your establishment – Inspiring Workspace in a Cafe/Restaurant/Gallery, etc. Feel free to add a captivating title that communicates the best aspect of your business.

Add your “hourly rate/ Price” (2€ minimum, RuuM platform automatically charges an 18% commission fee with a minimum transaction of 1€). Please note, that you can change the price as you wish.
Add a detailed description. Here you can write a bit about your place, about the interior, additional offers (lunch offers, special discounts, etc) and how people can find you, how they can find their reserved table, and other crucial information for the quick check-in process.

Define your opening hours. Ex: Tue – Fri 12:00 – 18:00 / Sat 12:00 – 16:00. Please add here the times for accepting bookings, not your business open hours.
Add the number of workstations available for working on a computer.
Specify all the amenities and additional services that you provide by selecting the right boxes.

Add your detailed location. Please be as specific as possible.
Add images (front door, interior vibe, specific workspaces, outside look, etc).
Then click on the button Post listing.
Then, a window will pop up on the right side of the screen. Add availability times to your listing. Clients can select times to book a table in your establishment based on this information. Please select available time slots when you can accept bookings. Save & Close.

Now your listing is pending approval. We will take a look and check all the information in your listing before it’s ready for bookings.
Meanwhile, add your bank information for receiving payouts and edit your company’s profile in Settings – Profile Info & Payments.
